EUROPEAN VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP
CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
Keneo accompanied the France Volleyball Organizing Committee in the general preparation and operational delivery of the 2019 European Men’s Volleyball Championship.
TASKS
Supporting the foundation phase of the CEV 2019 European Men’s Volleyball Championship:
- Selection of the territories and management of relationships with the leagues;
- Definition of the legal structure and the business model;
- Development of communication and ticketing strategies;
- Implementation of service providers consultations;
- Definition of the budget and master planning.
Event planning and operational execution:
- General management of the event;
- Management and coordination of operations within the Organizing Committee;
- Management of the key functions of the OC: planning, security, transportation, accommodation, accreditation, catering, hospitality and guest protocol, volunteer programme, sports presentation programme;
- 360° Communication for the Organizing Committee;
- Site management.
