FRENCH BADMINTON FEDERATION
CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
Since 2008, Keneo has been assisting the FFBaD in the organization of its major international events: 2010 Yonex Internationaux de France , 2016 Senior European Championship , 2017 European Youth Championship, 2020 European Senior Teams Championship and U15 European Championship.
TASKS
Project management assistance and operational consulting
- General coordination of the events;
- Participation in the monthly project team meetings;
- Functional responsibility for several key areas: security, accreditations, TV production;
- Site management during the event;
- Liaising with the BWF’s marketing agency to service its partners (including the circuit partner);
- Supporting FFBaD staff.
Support and operational management
- Accreditation management: IT solution, supplies, user support for collection and production
- Look & Feel: Development of design guidelines and production of all decorative elements and field signage
- Selection of the tounament site:
- Definition of the partnership framework with the host territory: site provision, rights execution (subsidies, ticketing, promotion);
- Definition of the selection process of the host city: support in the discussions with the local authorities through to the venue management
